It has been a tremendous privilege for me to walk alongside so many people, often during some of the most difficult and heartbreaking times of life.

During the last 20 years in private practice as a Psychotherapist in London, Ontario, I have provided services to adults, families, couples, and youth who have struggled with anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, grief and loss, chronic pain, traumatic experiences, and more. I’m grateful for the trust and therapeutic bonds that have been made along the way.

Recognizing the physical, emotional, relational, spiritual, and social aspects of life, I have brought interventions into therapy that help to motivate change, increase personal awareness, bring fresh perspectives to difficult situations, and serve to restore relationships and build faith.

I have also had the opportunity to work extensively with professional organizations, churches, and non-profit ministries, to develop and facilitate educational programs for their staff and parishioners. My audiences have expressed appreciation for learning practical skills as they are combined with many stories from my own life experiences.

On a more personal note, I am a wife and mother to three beautiful daughters and one son-in-law. I am a strong advocate for women, taking a lead role in pioneering many innovative support programs for women locally and around the world. I love spending my downtime, and even my vacations volunteering with something or other. When I’m not seeing clients you’ll find me gardening, walking my sweet pup Max (seen above), or helping my daughters with their never-ending entrepreneurial endeavors.
