"Linking arms with those of like vision and purpose strengthens our own weak areas. The health of our families, organizations and communities depends on it."
Girls Heart Point
Some of the hardest realities girls face right now are the powerful and negative messages designed to affect what they believe about their worth and destiny. Because of these messages, young girls often become so disappointed in their own body image and self worth, that they indulge in harmful activities in an attempt to mask their frustration and pain. As an executive member of Girls Heart Point, Elaine provides knowledge and experience to help build an alternate message or truth, real identity and destiny. www.girlsheartpoint.ca
London Crisis Pregnancy Center
Recognizing the need to defend the cause of the weak and fatherless, and to defend the rights of the poor and oppressed, Elaine has built a connection with the London Crisis Pregnancy Center providing practical counsel to their clients in distress because of an unplanned pregnancy.

"
If I can duplicate my strengths into upcoming leaders, I have become more personally effective." Leadership development and mentoring is a road Elaine is committed to travel. Taking on two or three emerging leaders each year, Elaine invests her time into the lives of young women, helping them to become the influencers they were meant to be.
